I purchased a product but I didn’t receive any files!

Files are only distributed once a completed payment has fully processed. You may have an incomplete payment on your account. Try logging in to your PayPal/Bank account to see if the transaction was processed, or if it’s a pending transaction / hold. If the transaction wasn’t completed, the pending charge will be released back to your account within the next 24-48 hours.
