Pre-enrolling in a class is just like buying a movie ticket to that hot new movie that’s coming out so you don’t have to wait in line and you can get the best seats in the house! That said, our Pre-enrollment periods typically aren’t that long. You should be receiving an email from our support channel sometime soon to let you know that the class is now available. Once the class is available, it will show up for you to access and watch in The Student Area.

You have lifetime access to every class that you enroll in so you can complete a class as quickly as you’d like and retake a class as many times as you like.

Each class is designed to be taken individually, and not ideal for group viewings. Your enrollment grants you lifetime access to the course and its materials, so while you do not need to keep your class a secret, we ask that students do not copy or redistribute the materials in any way.

Once you’ve enrolled in a class you can find your class content in the Student Area under “My Enrolled Classes”. 

To navigate from a different page to your classes, click on the Student Area in the navigation bar and select the class you’d like to view in the drop down menu under “My Enrolled Classes.

Once you are on your class page you will find the Class Outline for your class to the left(or at the bottom on mobile). Select the lesson you’d like to view and you’ll be navigated to the selected lesson where you can view content and participate in the lesson discussion.

Unfortunately you cannot download the video lessons to your computer. The good news, however, is that with your lifetime access you can watch the classes at any time.

  3. Clear your cache. Just clearing out some data and cookies may fix the issue.

Easy! When your video is playing you can just hover over the video and the video chrome (bar at the bottom) will appear. On the top right corner of the chrome you will see a white icon that you can select to transform your video into full-screen mode.

To exit full-screen mode you can click the same button again or just tap the escape button on your keyboard.

  3. Have you already purchased the class? You cannot purchase the same class more than once so make sure you aren’t already enrolled in the class.

Next, you can start by checking to see if you received a confirmation email. The confirmation email is the best way to know if your information was received. If you don’t see the confirmation in your inbox check your spam folder to make sure it hasn’t gone in there. Currently we don’t have multiple enrollments for a course. When you enroll in a class you have unlimited access to the class content so there wouldn’t be a need to enroll in a class more than once. If you have friends who would be interested in enrolling in the class they’ll need to create their own accounts.

Yes you can! When you want to enroll in a class just click the “Enroll Now” button and it will be automatically added to your cart. You can add as many different classes as you want and you can complete your enrollment on the purchase page.
