***Please Note: Peculiar Sounds is not yet natively compatible with Pro-Tools for Windows but is in active development. So in order to use it you will need a VST3 host. First off, I am a long time Doobie fan, from the sheds to the stage, I have always appreciated the music and camaraderie with other musicians.
Now to the review: Fun fact, I don’t even own Omnisphere. I usually play live events with my Fantom 8. Now, I get the opportunity to run Peculiar sounds ON TOP of all my patches and create some crazy things. And with the extra added featuring of layering, the possibilities are endless.
This app is perfect. I love all that it has to offer, and I can’t wait to continue creating with it!

I bought V1 when it first came out and it totally blew me away. The sounds were exactly what I had been missing and it ended up being the star of many of my productions after its release. V2 is V1 on steroids with more presets as well as the addition of the ability to layer sounds and the arpeggiator. I have just about as many instances of V2 as V1 on my Logic production template. Big ups to Doobie Powell (one of my top favorite producers and artists), John Mike, and the whole team at Gospel Producers. You all knocked another one right out of the park and I am honored to be a part of this community.
